Halloween CASE (FS83)

Denise (Card Crazy) was today's Featured Stamper on SCS. Her card that I chose to CASE (Copy And Show Elsewhere) is shown at left. I'm into Halloween cards lately, and her jack-o-lantern card caught my eye. I especially liked how she placed the brad at the lower right of the main image panel. This can be done either by using the Slit Punch on the patterned paper and sliding the main image panel behind it after the brad has been inserted, or punch out a piece with a circle punch and insert the brad in that space which is how I did it.

I changed the colors, papers, and stamp sets. I also eliminated the wire, and I cut out the pumpkin and leaves, popping up the pumpkin and one leaf. I really like Denise's layout on this one!
  • Stamps: Autumn Harvest, All Holidays
  • Papers: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Kiwi Kiss, Pumpkin Pie DSP (scraps)
  • Ink: Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
  • Accessories: Snips, 1/2" Circle Punch, Earth Elements Brad, Sponge

Thanks for visiting my blog today! Have a great week!!!
