Guess Who?! (CAS104)

He's a one eyed, one horned, flying purple people eater, that's who!! LOL! For the Clean and Simple Challenge, we were to be inspired by the phrase, "Rock and Roll." I stamped the image from "Make a Monster" on Lovely Lilac, adding the wings by hand and then cutting it out. I used the "Music Notes" wheel with whatever color was in the wheel handle. It turned out to be Chocolate Chip (I was in a hurry). The sentiment is from "Fundamental Phrases." Lovely Lilac and Whisper White card stocks were used, and the purple people eater was popped up. Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

Tissue Box Cover Instructions

I have been asked for instructions on how to make the Tissue Box Covers. Well, I got my instructions from the Resource section on Splitcoaststampers.com right here. I changed the the dimensions of the two main pieces from 9-1/2" X 5-1/8" to 9-1/2" X 5-1/4" because the first one I made did not cover the box completely (I use Puffs brand tissues). If you plan on embossing the sides like I did on the blue one (shown in the post below), do your scoring first so that you can center your embossing folder on each side. Also, don't forget to cut the oval on the top out BEFORE you fold and adhere the sides of the top. The reason the oval was traced and cut out by hand was so that it wouldn't show if you added the 4-1/4" square piece on the top. Be sure the hole you cut in the square piece is smaller than the oval that's cut in the top. That's it. Thanks for stopping by, and thanks for your interest!!!

Blue Tip Roses (TSC0128)

No posts on Friday because I was busy all day with Stamp Camp. Then, yesterday, my R.A. flared up and I just couldn't do anything. I guess the Good Lord thought I needed a day off! This is for the Twisted Sistahs Challenge (from Friday) which was presented by Tater. Phyllis challenged us to make a card with a rose or roses on it plus a coordinating envelope. There is a little 3 X 3 gift card that says, "Just for You" on it with the stamped rose from "Fifth Avenue Floral". The little envelope is stamped with the same rose. The tissue box cover is embossed with the Manhattan Flower folder and sponged with Marina Mist. The roses were made from Whisper White and also sponged with Marina Mist. The leaves were punched using the Build A Blossom Punch, sponged and ran through the crimper. This is a gift for one of our Secret Sisters at church. I'm the Secret "Angel" who knows who has who, but I'll pray for all of them and at least remember their birthdays. Everything used to make these items is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

January 2011 Stamp Camp Projects

Stamp Camp is tomorrow. I told my Stamp Campers that our five designs would include three birthday cards, one get well card and one Valentine. We make two of each of the five designs for a total of ten cards. Here are the five designs.
Project #1 is a Get Well/Encouragement card using the "Friends Fur-ever" set. I stamped with Black Stazon and water colored the chair. I stamped the dog, water colored, cut out and popped him up on the chair. I used Wild Wasabi, Very Vanilla, Rose Red and Whisper White card stocks along with the Springtime Vintage DSP from the Mini. I used the Ticket Corner Punch and a border punch, too. Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up!
Project #2 is one of the feminine birthday cards. I just used Blushing Bride and Very Vanilla cards stocks. The Vanilla panel is embossed with the Elegant Bouquet EF. I used the "Water Color Trio" set coloring the flowers and leaves with SU! Markers and then stampin. The Nesties and ribbon are non-SU! products. Sometimes you just have to do that.
Project #3 is a CASE of this card by tessa. I used different colors, matted differently and used the Hemp Twin for a rope. I also didn't color the cowboy or use any background stamp. I used a Levi Tab for the sentiment and did some sponging. I think I made it a little easier for my Stamp Campers to make. Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up!
Project #4 is the third birthday card. It's pretty simple really, but I like the outcome. I used Daffodil Delight, Whisper White and Old Olive card stocks. The sentiment was stamped with Basic Black. This sentiment is from Water Color Trio, but we will use Sincere Salutations instead. Sometimes I design as I go. The Build-a-Blossom set along with the coordinating Punch is one of my favorites. The petals were stamped with More Mustard and the leaves were sponged. I also like the new Framed Tulips EF. Everything here is from Stampin' Up!, too.
Project #5 is the Valentine I promised. It was inspired by a Valentine shadow box made by Nancy Riley. This card will take the most time, but I will have everything cut, punched and ready to assemble. I think they will like this one! Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!!

A Latte (SC317)

I didn't get a chance to do any challenge cards yesterday because I'm working on Stamp Camp cards. I'll post all five of those tomorrow. This is for the Sketch Challenge on SCS. I love the Springtime Vintage DSP from the new Occasions Mini. I used it with Rose Red, Old Olive and Very Vanilla card stocks. I did a little embossing and sponging, and that was it! The stamp set used here is "Pun Fun". Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!!

So Kind (CAS103)

This is for the Clean and Simple Challenge to use flourishes. It's almost too simple! I was going to put a ribbon across the top but decided to leave it alone. Now, I wish I had put the sentiment at the bottom leaving even more open white space. I stamped the sentiment and flourish with Versamark and embossed with Black EP. I colored in the white part of the "S" with the Turquoise Marker, embossed tiny flowers punched with a Punch Pack Punch and added tiny black pearls to the flower centers. That's it! Thanks for stopping by!

Remain in Me (ODBDSLC45)

This is for Our Daily Bread Designs Shining Light Challenge which is presented each Saturday. This week's challenge is a sketch. I used ODBD Scripture Collection #4, Spellbinders Nesties, SU! Punches, Martha Stewart Border Punch and recycled ribbon. The patterned paper is about 15 years old. I used Real Red, Blush Blossom (retired) and Naturals White card stocks. Thanks for stopping by!!

Wish I Were There! (TSC0121)

This is another card for the Twisted Sistahs challenge which was to use something that came from a store-bought card. I received a card a few years ago that had three pairs of flip flops on it. I pulled those off and put them into my stash. I decided to use a pair on this card. They are made of foam and have glitter dots and star shaped bling on them. I'm happy with the way my sky turned out on this one. I stamped the palm tree from "Plant Hope" with Versamark and embossed it with Black EP; then, I sponged with Daffodil Delight, Peach Parfait, Regal Rose and Perfect Plum. The base card is Daffodil Delight with a layer of Summer Sun (retired) that was embossed with the Square Lattice folder. The main image was matted on Summer Sun and Real Red (to match the flip flops). The sentiment from "Teeny Tiny Wishes" was stamped with Black Stazon, sponged with Perfect Plum and punched with the Word Window Punch. A Glitter Brad was added. Everything on this card except for the flip flops is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

Refuge & Strength

This is for someone down in Texas who could use some encouragement. I used So Saffron, Whisper White, Very Vanilla and Old Olive (TCS) card stocks. I also used Nesties, a Martha Stewart Leaf Punch, Bitty Shapes Punch Pack Flower Punch and tiny pearls. The ribbon is 5/8" So Saffron Grosgrain Ribbon that came from a bundle a while back. The embossing was done with SU!'s Elegant Lines folder and the main panel was popped up on Dimensionals. The scripture stamp is a Verve Plain Jane stamp. Thanks for stopping by!

Piece of Cake (TSC0121)

It's my turn to present the challenge for the Twisted Sistahs. I tried to make it easy. My challenge is to use something off of a store bought card for an embellishment. You could cut out some part of the card or just pull off an embellishment that's there. I received a birthday card a couple of years ago with this piece of cake, an ice cream sundae and a cupcake. They all had google eyes, arms and legs and glitter on them. I've had them in my stash for some time now thinking I might use them on scrapbook pages. This was the perfect opportunity to use one of them. While looking through that plastic shoebox full of goodies, I got lots more ideas! I think I matched the card stock to the plate the cake is on pretty well. I used Lovely Lilac and Green Galore (both retired). The sentiment is from "On Your Birthday." Everything is from Stampin' Up! except for the recycled embellishment. Thanks for stopping by!!!

Baby It's Cold Outside! (CCEE1103, WT306)

Here's two challenges: CCEE Stampers Challenge to use a penguin on a card and the Ways To Use It Challenge to use gradient inks. The penguin was a dollar stamp by Hampton Arts which I stamped, colored with SU! Markers, cut out and popped up. The snowflakes are from "Snow Swirled", and I stamped them with the Blue Frost Spectrum Pad. Stampin' Up! used to offer four Spectrum Pads, and as soon as I bought this one, they retired all of them. I never used it until now. I'm surprised it wasn't dried out! The base card is Brocade Blue, also retired, and I used the Cuttlebug Distressed Snow folder from the Winter Bundle (Last year?). Thanks for stopping by!

Fancy Friend (SC316)

This week's sketch challenge on SCS gives a large main image panel. Not to worry. I think I managed to fill it! I got a clear stamp set from Sizzix called, "Posh Princess." I stamped the images on Whisper White, colored them with SU! Markers, cut them out and popped them up. I added rhinestones to the purse, and I added Crystal Effects to the lipstick tube. I also clear embossed the lipstick part. I used Tempting Turquoise, Basic Black and Whisper White card stocks along with Tempting Turquoise DSP from the Brights Collection. Thanks for stopping by!!

My Dog (MMTPT129)

To get the whole story behind this, go here. We were to bring dogs to this tea party. I brought my own dog, Pipsqueak. He's a black and tan Chihuahua. This card goes to an injured police officer who was injured in the line of duty. He needs some cheering up because he'd rather be back to work. So, what IF the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about? Or, maybe the Mexican Hat Dance! Who knows! The base card and matting are Ruby Red and the embossed layer is Yoyo Yellow (both retired). The doggie is a coloring page I found, and I colored him with Water Color Pencils and blended with a Blender Pen and baby oil. That embossing folder is from Sizzix. Thanks for stopping by!!!

Silhouette (TLC308)

This week's Technique Lovers' Challenge is to use silhouette stamps. That's easy enough; I have quite a few of those. This one is "Nature Silhouettes." I stamped the tree and then the deer with Black Stazon on Whisper White. Then, I punched a 3/4" circle and used it as a mask for the sun. Finally, I sponged with So Saffron, More Mustard, Regal Rose and Perfect Plum for a sunset. The embossed panel is Pear Pizazz embossed with the Elegant Lines EF. I added three black eyelets for embellishments just to keep it masculine. Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks again for stopping by!!

Perk Up! (CAS102)

This week's Clean and Simple Challenge is to be inspired by a sketch by one of the design team members, cindybstampin'. Cindy's card had a 1/8" ribbon at the top, but I used the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Punch and made the trim. The base card here is Naturals White. I also used Real Red and Whisper White card stocks along with Real Red DSP from the Brights Collection. I used the "Morning Cup" set and colored, cut out and popped up the coffee pot and the mug. I guess this is a Get Well card of sorts or just a card of encouragement. Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

CASEing Tracy (FS206)

Our Featured Stamper for this week is whoistracy. Tracy does a lot of clean and simple cards, but she gets pretty fancy at times, too. I chose this card to CASE. I added a layer, changed the stamps, colors and theme, and I used polka dots instead of stripes for the dp and ribbon. I bought the Recollections Woof Woof set at Mike's, the punch is from Martha Stewart, and the paper, ribbon and ink are all from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

ODBD Wing It (ODBDSLC44)

This one's for the Shining Light Challenge over at the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog. This is a Saturday challenge, and it's called "Wing It." The image, dp or an embellishment has to have wings. I used a verse from the ODBD Scripture Collection #3, die cutting it with a Labels Nestie and matting that (trace around the Nestie and cut out). The sheer ribbon roses were in my stash. The white layer is another card front sent to me by Kathy (aka 101airborne). The hummingbird is from "Elements of Style", and I embossed it with Blue Tinsel EP and popped it up. The main panel is also popped up, but not as high. Thanks again for stopping by!!

Evergreen (C4C70)

This card is for the Crazy 4 Challenges challenge which is to incorporate a "Thank You" sentiment on your card. I took a lot of photos of this card trying to show how the flower soft (mostly on the left side of the tree) is mixed with a little bit of Dazzling Diamonds. I just couldn't get the right angle so you could see the sparkle. This goes to a wonderful couple who always make peanut brittle at Christmas time and they always give some to my son and me. I used Handsome Hunter (retired), Basic Black and Whisper White card stocks along with DCWV Photo Pack designer paper. The stamps are "Lovely as a Tree" and "Tiny Tags". Ink is Handsome Hunter (retired). I used white Flower Soft mixed with Dazzling Diamonds. Everything is from Stampin' Up! except for the Flower Soft and the designer paper. Thanks for stopping by!!

Awesome!!! (SNTODBD26)

This is a card I started Thursday morning for a challenge I found on Our Daily Bread Designs Blog. I just had a chance to finish it this morning. The challenge is called "Stamping In Time: On Assignment." Thursday's challenge was "All Creatures Great and Small." We were to interpret that however we wanted. I chose Psalm 47:2 because He created all the creatures, great and small. Doesn't that little mouse look like he's praising God for the rain?!!! I just love it. That House Mouse stamp was sent to me for Christmas by wannabcre8ive. Shirley's such a sweetie. The white embossed layer was sent to me by 101airborne. I admired that embossing folder when Kathy used it on one of her wonderful creations, and she sent me a whole stack of card fronts in different colors embossed with that folder!! Cook22 is responsible for my having the ODBD verse stamps because she sent me a gift certificate at Christmas time for ODBD products which I used toward the purchase of two sets. Sabrina is in Ireland, so any possibilities of meeting her in person are slim to none, but we'll meet someday. My online friends are so wonderful! What a blessing!!!

Sweet Pea Bouquet (TSC0114)

No cards yesterday; we were on the run again. This one's for the Twisted Sistah's Challenge presented by wannabcre8ive. Shirley challenged us to make a birthday card with purple and yellow, and we had to use a punch. I saw these sweet peas on a card, and the maker had a link to this blog where you can find instructions for making the sweet peas. You need the Butterfly Punch, Five Petal Punch and Bird & Branch Punch to make the flowers. The base card here is So Saffron with a layer of Whisper White embossed with the new Tulip Frame Folder from Stampin' Up! I just used scraps of Lavender Lace and Almost Amethyst for the flowers and Certainly Celery for the stems, leaves and vines. The sentiment is from Well Scripted and is stamped with Black Stazon. The ribbon is Daffodil Delight Grosgrain Ribbon. Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!!

Tissue Box Cover

I was in Stacy's (twinshappy) gallery today, and she made a very pretty tissue box cover. I've been wanting to make one, and she had the link to the Resource Section on SCS where I could get instructions. I tried to put this on a Puffs box, but a little bit of the box shows at the bottom. I will get a Kleenex brand box to see if that works. If not, I would change the dimensions from 5-1/8" to at least 5-3/8" for the sides of the box. I used Springtime Slumber Specialty Paper (retired). It's two sided like all other SU! DSP, but it's thicker like heavy card stock. I made the paper roses with the Fancy Flower Punch out of White sponged with So Saffron. The leaves from "A Rose Is A Rose" were stamped on white with Wild Wasabi and Always Artichoke. The side decorations were die cut, embossed and sponged, and I used the Eyelet Border Punch for the white border around the lid. This will be a gift for my Secret Sister. Thanks again for stopping by!!!

Mark 44:24 (SC315)

This week's Sketch Challenge has three panels behind the main image panel. I used Pear Pizazz for the base card and embossed and scored the section that shows. I used the In-Color Patterns Pack (hostess) Blushing Bride DSP for the other two panels and the embossed flowers. The stamped leaves are from Water Color Trio and the sentiment is from Our Daily Bread Designs Scripture Collection #3. There are tiny pearls in the centers of the little embossed flowers (Punch Pack Flower). Everything except the sentiment and the CB Border is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!!

A Rose is a Rose (MMTPT128)

Information about Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday Challenge is on SCS. Our assignment for this week's tea party is to bring roses and gold. I haven't used this stamp set in some time now, but I love how the two-step stamping turns out. The layers are Melon Mambo, Whisper White, Brushed Gold, and the main image panel is Whisper White as well. I stamped the first step of the rose from "A Rose Is A Rose" (retired) with Melon Mambo and the second step with Rich Razzleberry. I masked the rose and stamped the leaves with Old Olive and Almost Artichoke. I used the die cut corners to give it a bit more elegance. The whole matted panel is popped up on Dimensionals. Everything here is from Stampin' Up! except for the Cuttlebug Die Cuts. Thanks for stopping by!!!

Brrr!! (CAS101)

The Clean and Simple Challenge for this week is a theme challenge. It's called, "A Day in the Snow." I don't have a lot of time to stamp right now, so I'm glad it was a CAS challenge. This card only took about five minutes to make. I think I'll give it to my Secret Sister from church along with a warm, fuzzy scarf. It's not expected to get above the mid 20's here today, and, although it hasn't snowed in about a week, my front yard is still covered in white because it's too cold to melt! The Whisper White panel was embossed with Norther Flurry Impressions Folder and mounted on the Basic Black base card. The penguin from "Every Little Bit" was stamped with Black Stazon, and the sentiment was handwritten with the Black Journaling Marker. That's that! Everything used here is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

CASEing Julie (FS205)

This week's Featured Stamper is UKJem. Julie is such a talented stamper and I love her style. I chose to CASE her "TLC162 Paper Tole" card. I changed it from a square card to an A2 size, and I used a different stamp, colors and papers. I'll tell you what! I need those new glasses that are on order!! I did the paper tole technique, and it got harder and harder to do as I cut those flowers out! The main image panel is popped up, the tea cup is popped up and so are various levels of those little flowers. The stamping of "Fun and Fast Notes" tea cup bouquet was done with Black Stazon and colored with SU! Markers. I used Blushing Bride and Whisper White card stocks along with Sweet Pea DSP (retired). Lots of Dimensionals were used on this, too. Everything is from Stampin' Up! except for the scalloped Nestie. Thanks for stopping by!!

Be Still (C4C69, QFTD42)

This is for two challenges. The Crazy 4 Challenges challenge was a color inspiration challenge. We are to create a card using the colors in the inspiration photo. I used the pinks for the flowers and butterfly and the brown for the base card, mat, pearls, and ink for the sentiment and sponging. The other challenge is the Queen for the Day Challenge on SCS. This week's queen is foxy67. Pat is a talented stamper. I've been in her gallery before to comment, but today was the first time I really got to spend time there. The card I chose to CASE was her "For QFTD20" card. I know this is a CASE of a CASE, but Pat did such a beautiful job that I couldn't pass this one by. I changed the colors, embossing folder, Nestie, flowers and stamp. The stamp is from Our Daily Bread Designs Scripture Collection #3. The flowers were punched with the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack and then embossed. Brown half pearls were added to the flower centers and to the butterfly. The butterfly was sponged with Chocolate Chip ink. The embossing folder is the new Framed Tulips Impressions Folder from Stampin' Up! The main image panel is die cut using a Labels Ten Nestie. The card stocks I used are: Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla, Pretty In Pink, Pink Passion, Pixie Pink and Old Olive. Most of this was from my scrap basket. Thanks so much for stopping by!!!

Well, you SAID checks!!! (CCEE1101)

The CCEE Stampers Challenge was to use checks, so I did!! The base card is Real Red and so is the matting. The checkered DSP is Pawsitively Prints. The main image from "Long Fellows" (hostess) set is stamped with Black Stazon on Whisper White, and the spots were colored in with the Basic Black Marker. The covered brad was a gift, and the ribbon was given to me by Pat Smethers just because she's so nice. Everything else is from Stampin' Up! Thanks again for stopping by!!!

Crimped Card (TSC0107)

Our Twisted Sistahs Challenge for this week is to make a masculine card using this crimping technique. All you do is cut card stock to 4" X 5.25", make a mark in the center of each side, score diagonally from one mark to the mark on the next side, fold on the score lines and then run it through your crimper. I used Not Quite Navy, Sahara Sand, Whisper White (for the stamped bird), and Crumb Cake card stocks. The bird (Punch Potpourri Hostess Set) was stamped with Not Quite Navy and Punched with the Bird & Branch Punch. The branch was die cut from Crumb Cake using the Sweetest Stem Embosslit. I used the Crumb Cake Marker on the flourish on the bird and sponged the bird, the branch and the Sahara Sand panel. The main image panel is popped up on Dimensionals. All products used to make this card are from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

2011 January Club Project #2

This is the second project we will be doing tonight. I'm in such a hurry, and I don't know how I managed to wait till the last minute to decide what we will be doing, but I think I'll do better next time. I used the new "Take a Spin" set and stamped with Pretty In Pink and then went over the outside and the areas with white background with Basic Black Marker. It's punched with the new 2-1/2" Circle Punch and matted on a scalloped Nestie. I used the new Spinner Hands for this, too. The DSP is from the Filled With Love Bundle. I love making bows with the Wide Striped Ribbon! This one was a quickie, and I think it turned out OK! Ya just never know! LOL! Thanks again for stopping by!!

2011 January Club Project #1

This is our first project for my club tonight. It's a reverse of the Mojo Monday Sketch for this week. It's also a CASE of Mary's (Petal Pusher) mojo card. I reversed it, as I said before, and I used black lace from the Holiday Mini instead of a black strip. I don't have that glitter paper, so I used Real Red DSP (matted with Real Red) from the Filled With Love Bundle. Also, I didn't use any gray, but I used the red instead. I still have to make my sample for the other project that we're doing, so I will post that later. Everything here is from Stampin' Up! except for the black pearls (I didn't have enough black brads) and the red rhinestone. Thanks for stopping by!

Pooh's Cousin (MMTPT127)

There are two teapots this week! Go here to find out the whole story. We are to bring anything to do with Winnie the Pooh or just baby boy stuff. We could also go with the cowboy theme, but we'd have to come in the back door. I can't find Pooh, will his cousin do? LOL! I used the Lil' Paws Embosslit from the Build-a-Bear Collection. The letters for the baby's name are from a Sizzix Alphabet set - Round-a-bout. I used Bashful Blue and Whisper White card stocks along with Bashful Blue Prints DSP (retired). I used the Eyelet Border Punch, Gingham Ribbon (retired) and a Baby Feet charm. The sentiment is from "God's Blessings" and was die cut with Labels Nesties. I traced around the Nestie on blue to make the mat. The main panel, sentiment and the letters are all popped up on Dimensionals. Thanks for stopping by!!!

Kissed Heart (CAS100)

The Clean and Simple Challenge for this week is to use the technique from the very first challenge on SCS in 2005. That was the "Kissing" technique. I inked up the flowers from "Background Basics" (retired) with Real Red, then, I inked up the heart and sentiment from "Got Treats" with Pretty in Pink. I "kissed" the inked up heart onto the background stamp and then stamped on the Whisper White piece. It's a fun way to give texture to a solid stamp. The base card is Naturals White and the matting with the scallops is Rose Red. The Ribbon is also Rose Red. It looked too plain, so I added the pink bling. Everything, except the pink rhinestones, is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!

Pipsqueak Update

Well, I tried to get a good photo, but that little doggie just moves constantly! He's 3 months old now and about 4 pounds. I wanted to get a photo showing his left ear up and his right ear still folded over. He looks so funny! You can't see it, but he has a bandaged left rear leg. I left him with a friend while I went to California to spend Christmas with my daughter, and my friend's dog stepped on him in such a way as to injure his lower leg. It's kind of like getting a sprained foot. The vet put a splint on it and bandaged it up pretty good. He has chewed most of it off though. Yep, he's a chewer! Anyway, we have to try to keep him in his crate as much as possible for another week. Then, we can take his bandages off.

Remember When (FS204)

This week's Featured Stamper is whiterockmama. Marisa is such a talented stamper; she does EVERYTHING beautifully! I chose to CASE this card. I changed the colors slightly, added a scallop to the Peach Parfait layer, used different stamps and different embossing folder. Also, I didn't use a button on the bow and there are no pearls. The base card is Rose Red with a layer of Peach Parfait that has a scalloped edge. Then, the Whisper White layer is embossed with the Square Lattice Impressions Folder. I wanted this to be an SUO (Stampin' Up! Only) card, so I used the Sizzix Scallop Circles #2 die (from Stampin' Up!) and the Coluzzle for the Whisper White circle. The stamps I used are "Water Color Trio" and "Word Play". The ribbon is Regal Rose 5/8" Grosgrain. Thanks for stopping by!!!

Celebrate Eddie (C4C68)

This is for the weekly challenge from Crazy 4 Challenges which is to make a card to celebrate something. My son, Eddie, will be celebrating his 16th birthday this month, so I tried to make a really cheerful card using the "Create A Cupcake" set and coordinating Punch from the new Occasions Mini Catalog. I used the retired Bermuda Bay and Yoyo Yellow card stocks along with Whisper White. I used a Cuttlebug EF and Spellbinders Nesties. The Eyelet Circle Nesties were a Christmas gift from my daughter. I also used the Word Window Punch and Modern Label Punch for the sentiment. The ribbon is the retired Bermuda Bay ribbon. Thanks for stopping by!! Happy New Year, everyone!!!
