Flowers Because I Care (WT185)
This week's Ways To Use It Challenge was to use a charm on a project. I chose this little flower in the pot charm. I think I'm getting tired of all the orange, yellow, and brown that I've been using lately on all the fall cards, so I went with a color combo that is new to me! I used Sage Shadow, Pink Passion, and Whisper White. That combination was dictated by the striped patterned paper which also has something close to More Mustard in it. The striped paper was designed to coordinate with the print background paper. They came from a large tablet of 12" X 12" papers by DCWV. I only embossed the top portion of the patterned paper and used the striped paper to separate the embossed part from the non-embossed part. The main image is matted and popped up. The sentiment was punched out, sponged, and popped up. I think I like these colors together; it kind of grows on you! Thanks for stopping by!!!
