February Club Projects

Our first Club Project will be this simple card. It can be used for a birthday, sympathy, or just a "thinking of you" type card. I didn't use any sentiment on the outside. The inside will be lined with white, front and back, and a sentiment can be added then. The main image was stamped on Very Vanilla with Kiwi Kiss and the leaves were colored in with a Blender Pen. I added the little embossed flowers with the pearls I added to the centers. The designer paper is "Green Tea" which I think is retired now. The base card is Kiwi Kiss and the ribbon is Kiwi Striped grosgrain. The matting behind the main image is Baja Breeze Textured card stock. Thanks for stopping by!
  • Stamps: Embrace Life
  • Papers: Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze Textured CS, Very Vanilla, Green Tea
  • Ink: Kiwi Kiss
  • Accessories: Kiwi Kiss Striped GG Ribbon, Flower Trio Punch, Embossing Stylus, Pearls, Glue Dots

Project #2 will be this Gable Box. It's fun and quick to make. I made mine for a boy, but the ladies will have a color option so they can make theirs for a girl. It's a great little box for a small gift, maybe a gift card and some candy, an egg filled with candy and/or money, just about any small item. It's made from one sheet of card stock and I used a wheel to decorate the outside after scoring. There's so many possibilities with this project!!

  • Stamps: Pun Fun, retired wheel
  • Papers: Ballet Blue, Night of Navy, White
  • Ink: Night of Navy Jumbo Cartridge, Black Stazon, Night of Navy
  • Accessories: WCW Crayons, Aqua Painter, Stickles, 1/8" Punch, Night of Navy Ribbon, Tag and Small Tag Punches, Wide Oval Punch
