Snowflakes in August (TSC0814)
Our Twisted Sistahs Challenge for this week was to make a Christmas card (Christmas in August) with non-traditional colors. I think the new designer specialty paper in the Holiday Mini Catalog called, "Christmas Cocoa", is non-traditional already. The background looks like a light shade of Soft Suede or maybe Close to Cocoa, and, of course, the snowflakes are white. This is a Clean and Simple card, too. I just added a piece of the patterned paper to a Naturals White base card, added two punched snowflakes on top of that, embellished the snowflakes with gold half pearls, and finished it off with Kraft Taffeta Ribbon. Everything is from Stampin' Up except for the half pearls. Thanks for stopping by!!

Gorgeous non-traditional colored Xmas card. I love how you did not cover up the beautiful DP too. TFS
Wonderful CarrollAnn! I love those snowflakes and that new DP works just perfectly with your design.
