A Rose (MMTPT118)
For Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday Challenge, the teapot was black and white, so we were to use a black and white base with any other colors we wanted. The cards will go to Traci's parents who are together in a facility while her dad recovers from knee surgery and her mother is confined to a wheelchair due to MS. It's great that they can be together while he recovers! The base card here is Basic Black, and I embossed the Whisper White layer with a Stampin' Up! Impressions Folder; then, I cut out around the roses at the top. The popped up rose from "Fifth Avenue Floral" was stamped with Versamark and embossed with Silver EP and then water colored. The leaves from "A Rose is a Rose" (retired) were stamped, cut out and sponged. The sentiment is from "Teeny Tiny Wishes". Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!
