Birthday Stars (SC267)
This is for the sketch challenge over at SCS. I used Bordering Blue for the base card, embossed panel and punched stars. The striped layer is card stock from DCWV "Nana's Kids" (with glitter). The tiny stars are embossed and they sparkle. I need to use that card stock more often! The embossed layer was run through the Big Shot with a Fiskars "Stars" Texture Plate. I matted Whisper White on Dusty Durango for the main image panel and doodled with a glitter gel pen. The stars were punched out with Stampin' Up!'s Small Star Punch and another smaller star punch. There's a tiny half pearl in the center of each star, and the main image panel and the stars are all popped up on Dimensionals. I used the 3/16" Corner Rounder on the Levi Tag that was stamped with the sentiment from "Bitty Birthday". This goes to my soon-to-be one year old grandson. Thanks for stopping by!!
