The Clean and Simple Challenge for this week is to follow a sketch by Biggan. I used Naturals White for the base card. I wish I had used it for the circle in the middle, too. The bear from "Beary Best Friends" was stamped, water colored, cut out and popped up. The dress was paper pieced to match the matted DSP layer. That was the In-Color Paper Patterns Pack (hostess) Blushing Bride. The DSP was matted on Blushing Bride card stock. The balloon was colored with Pretty In Pink Marker and cut out. I used thread for the string. The sentiment was from "Create A Cupcake". The card is 4.25" square. Everything used to make this card is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!!

How cute is this little bear - all dressed up for a birthday party!! She is so, so cute and the colors (and coloring) is wonderful!
