Today's Color Challenge was to use Bordering Blue, So Saffron, and Pink Pirouette (or Pretty In Pink), and Chocolate Chip was an optional color. The base card here is Bordering Blue; then, there's a layer of Pink Pirouette. The Tea Party designer paper is mainly So Saffron. I used some Chocolate Chip on the girl's basket and the cat's stripes when I was water coloring. The designer paper is punched with the Scallop Edge Border Punch at the bottom, and two buttons from Button Bouquet were added. All products used to create this card are from Stampin' Up!
