Yesterday was all doctor appointments, errands and personal stuff. By the time I got done, I was too tired to get creative! Today's Inspiration Challenge was called "Images Under Glass", and we were to choose one of the pretty glass necklaces as our inspiration. The photo at right shows the one I chose. As soon as I saw it, I thought of the "Owl Together Now" stamp set.
I have no idea why the background looks pink in this photo, but it's actually white! Oh well, the card is the subject matter anyway. The base card is Basic Black with a layer of Green Galore that has been embossed with the "Forest Branches" embossing folder. The main image panel and mat were done with Nestabilities. The sentiment panel and mat were done with a circle punch and the Scallop Circle Punch. The branches were punched with the Martha Stewart Branches Punch. The main image was stamped with Basic Black Craft ink and embossed with black embossing powder; then, it was colored with the Basic Black Marker and white gel pen.
