3rd Thursday April Projects

Project #1 for this Thursday's Club will be this "Enjoy" card with the Pretty In Pink base card. I used the coordinating Daisy Dash Jumbo Wheel with Pretty In Pink ink cartridge on the bottom, and the "enjoy" is stamped with Old Olive on White. The daisy paper is Old Olive Prints DSP. I forgot I had Olive Twill Ribbon, so I used Mellow Moss on this one. I added a green button in the center of the "o" to finish it off. I will give the ladies the option of adding any of the rest of the sentiments from the Enjoy Every Moment set.

  • Stamps: Enjoy Every Moment, Daisy Dash Jumbo Wheel
  • Papers: Pretty In Pink, White, Old Olive Prints DSP
  • Ink: Old Olive, Pretty In Pink Jumbo cartridge
  • Accessories: Mellow Moss GG Ribbon, Green button

Project #2 will be this Mother's Day card. Of course they can use any sentiment they want, and it doesn't have to be for Mother's Day. The base card is Always Artichoke. The main image is a two-step stamping set that I just love! The lilacs are stamped on Very Vanilla that has been Ticket Corner Punched. The ribbon is Always Artichoke grossgrain ribbon. This is almost the same as the card I made for last Monday's Technique Lovers Challenge. I know my mother will like receiving this for Mother's Day!

  • Stamps: Blossoms Abound, All Holidays
  • Papers: Always Artichoke, Very Vanilla
  • Ink: Always Artichoke, Old Olive, Pale Plum, Perfect Plum
  • Accessories: Ticket Corner Punch, Always Artichoke GG Ribbon
Project #3 is our non-card item and it has been posted a while back for a Demo 3-D Challenge. The main part that folds up is Summer Sun with three inside panels of Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, and Green Galore. I used six photos, but you can make this with just three and put the white journaling block on the opposite side of the inside panel from the photo. My journaling blocks are on the outside of the inside folders. You can see all three views in the earlier post.
  • Stamps: 3-4-U flower (on outside)
  • Papers: Summer Sun, Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, Green Galore
  • Ink: Real Red (on outside)
  • Accessories: Die Cut Blooms (on belly band that holds wallet closed)
