The Thursday challenge at SCS is the "Ways to Use It" Challenge. This one was to use metallic paper. We were told that, if we didn't have any metallic paper, use aluminum foil, so that's what I did! I adhered the foil to a piece of 4" X 5-1/4" card stock, trimmed it, and then embossed it using my Cuttlebug machine and the Hearts embossing folder. I adhered that piece to a Whisper White base card. I stamped the cake ($1 stamp from Michael's) with Stazon Black on Whisper White and did the same with the heart. I colored with Regal Rose marker, cut out the heart, punched the corners of the main image panel, mounted the main image to Regal Rose card stock and adhered the matted piece to the card. The cut out heart is popped up on one dimensional. I added the silver metallic ribbon and bow as a final touch. This will be a great wedding card for our daughter and new son-in-law!
