Simple Thank You
I need to make several Thank You cards. My mom passed away about a month ago, and there are so many people who have sent cards, brought meals, brought food for the pot luck after the memorial and many other acts of kindness. This is a CAS card. Just white card stock with SU! dsp and a popped up main image panel. The flower stamp is from "Remarkable You". My mother's favorite color was purple. Thanks for stopping by.

CAS342 Halloween Happiness
Today's Clean and Simple Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers was to make a CAS card with a pumpkin on it. I love this single stamp from Stampin' Up! It's called "Halloween Happiness" and so easy to make a simple card with it. I used a white card base with SU! dsp on it. The stamped panel is framed with Rich Razzleberry and popped up. Very simple, very easy. Thanks for stopping by!

Ann's Flowers (FS449)
I made this card for the Featured Stamper Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers. The card I CASED can be found here. Ann has a wonderful gallery and when she does Clean and Simple cards, they really are clean and simple (looking)! I love it. The stamps I used are retired. I used Blooming Beautiful and Short & Sweet. I'll never get rid of those, especially Short & Sweet. It has just the right sentiment for every occasion. I used 120# White card sock and Rich Razzleberry card stock. I colored with Copics and popped up the framed panel. I need a bunch of thank you cards, so I might use this design. Thanks for stopping by!

Olivia Returns (CAS341)
The Clean and Simple Challenge for this week is to use the theme, "Back to School". This weekend I went to Hobby Lobby and found a bunch of Stampability Stamps at 50% off. This stamp is called, "Olivia", thus the title. I used a Scrap Kit from Stampin' Up! for the DP. I think it was called, "For the Record". The houndstooth background with the cursive lettering made this a very simple card. I added the apple punched with a Martha Stewart punch. Thanks for stopping by!

Bee-cause (FS448)
My grand daughter and I got together and made two cards, almost exactly the same. We decided to do the Featured Stamper Challenge. Today's stamper was Maria. She has a cute gallery with lots of whimsical cards. Anna and I chose Maria's "Bee Happy" card which can be found here: Maria's Gallery Anna was excited to make her card and mail it, so I only got to photograph mine. Hers is already gone out in the mail! We cut out the bees by hand, the flowers and leaves were "Secret Garden" Thinlits. I got everything crooked on this one because we were almost in a race to get them done! That's OK, it's homemade! Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Birthday 2 ME! (F4A289)
The Free 4 All Challenge was to make a birthday card for ourselves, one we might like to receive. I like this little cupcake fairy from Penny Black. It's fun to color and it's so cute. The papers and markers are from Stampin' Up! I used the "Hello You" Thinlits for the "happy" which is cut from Silver Glimmer paper. Well, I may not be back for a couple of days, but I did challenges for this week, and I'm kind of proud of myself. Thanks for stopping by!!

Deck the Halls (WT547, SC556)
Two days in a row? What's gotten into me? LOL! I did another challenge card. This is for the Ways to use It Challenge which is to make a card that shows your favorite season. Mine is Christmas Season! I guess you could just say winter, but that's not what I'm crazy about. I just love the hustle and bustle around the holidays the most. The image here was stamped off and sent to me for my birthday last May. It gives me a bit of a chuckle! The card stock is from Paper Temptress and is called Red Pepper Columns. I don't think you can see the lines (columns) in this picture. I also used an SU In-Color Green and SU's holiday DSP. I pulled out an old Sizzlit for the holly and berries. Thanks for stopping by!

Go with all your heart (SC556)
I haven't done any blogging in such a long time! I have foster kids who keep me pretty busy, and I was taking care of my mom who had Alzheimer's Dementia. I took care of her for six years. She just passed away on August 10, 2015; she was 100 years old. I miss her, but I do have a little more time. I'm getting back into stamping, and I've done the last three challenges that I used to do: Clean and Simple, Color Challenge, and Sketch Challenge. I'm starting back into blogging with the Sketch Challenge card.
I have a tremor that is worse some days than others. Today, I was shaking quite a bit, but I still got this card done. I used this year's In-Color, Watermelon, for the base card. I also used the matching envelope paper for the envelope and the striped panel. The stamp set is an old Stampin' Up set, "Asian Artistry". I also stamped and cut out the Panda Bear from Stampabilities. They went together nicely. I popped up that bear with double Dimensionals. Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope to get on my blog at least once a week, maybe more.

Monochromatic Birthday (TSC0214)
The Twisted Sistahs Challenge for February 14th was to make a Monochromatic card in blues or greens with at least three layers and use a punch. I used the punch that corresponds to the Petite Petals set. I embossed the little flowers to give them more dimension. I used Pool Party, Soft Sky and white card stocks and Pool Party Ink for the flowers. I also used some SU! DSP with those colors along with some Pool Party ruffled ribbon. This card was added to the Favorites Forum on Splitcoast Stampers last Sunday. I'm so honored! Thanks for stopping by!

Join Me? (TSC0207)
This week's Twisted Sistahs Challenge was presented by Irishgreensue. Greenie asked us to make a card for a friend with a coffee theme. I used "Morning Cup" (SU) for the stamp set. I stamped the image on a die cut piece that I did some paper piercing on. I colored the images with markers. I used Washi tape for embellishment. The card stocks are white, Crumb Cake and Coastal Cabana. Thanks for stopping by!!

Glittery Hearts (TSC0131)
I'm back! I've been busy with foster children and taking care of my mom. I finally found the time to make a card and get it posted. This one is for two challenges. First, the Twisted Sistahs Challenge is to use a heart or "Love" on a card. This has hearts! The challenge for the Stampin' Up! Late Night Stampers (Yahoo Group) is to use dies or Framelits. I used the Hearts and Brackets die. The small hearts were punched with the small heart punch. I used the Red Glitter Paper for those hearts. The dsp is from a DSP Tablet. The stamp set used is Wacky Wishes. Don't you love Clean and Simple cards!! Thanks for stopping by!!!

He's Making a List (TSC1004)
Sillyfilly presented last Friday's Twisted Sistahs Challenge, and she made it really easy. She just asked us to make our card a Christmas card. If you'd like to join us, just use TSC1004 in your key words. I used "Santa's List" single stamp and embossed with red EP. The sentiment was stamped with Real Red Ink and reads, "He's making a list and checking it twice." Inside, it says, "Hope you're nice!" Thanks for stopping by!
Fall Leaves (TSC0927)
Our Twisted Sistahs Challenge for September 27th was presented by Tater, and we were to have leaves on our cards. The leaves were supposed to be the focal point, too. I used up some of my retired stuff. I used the envelope liner die to line the envelope to match the card. I used dies that coordinated with the stamps for the leaves. Thanks for stopping by!
Inchie Legos (TSC0920)
Our Twisted Sistahs Challenge for September 20th was presented by JDfromPAUSA. Jill asked us to use inchies on our cards. I punched 3 one inch squares from the scrap CS and rounded the corners. Then, I punched four 3/8" circles for each square. I raised each circle up on a piece of a Dimensional. The whole "Lego" is popped up, too. Prior to adding the "Legos" I had scored the bottom of the card with 3 lines on the Score Board. Fun challenge! Thanks for stopping by!
Halloween Happiness (TSC0913)
The Twisted Sistahs Challenge for September 13th was presented by Irishgreensue. Greenie asked us to follow a sketch. Since it was Friday the 13th, I thought a Halloween theme would be fun. The stamped panel is on an Action Wobble and the circle has an 18 year old sticker on it! Thanks for stopping by!
Festive Flurry (TSC0906)
The Twisted Sistahs Challenge for September 6th was to have SPARKLING snow on our cards. You can't SPARKLE mush more than Glimmer Paper.
I'm going to try to post about once a week or whenever I make a new card. With the foster children keeping me running and my 98 year old mom to care for, I just don't seem to find the time to get online as much anymore. Thanks for stopping by!

Halloween 2013
I just made this card because I wanted to make a Halloween card. LOL! I also wanted to use an Action Wobble. I love those things. The Jack-o-lantern wiggles and wobbles if you flick it. The dp came from my stash and I don't know where I got it. The bat punch is from Martha Stewart, and everything else is from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by!!!
Wobbling Panda (TSC0830)
Heartsong47 presented the Twisted Sistas Challenge for August 30th. Jan asked us to either make a masculine card or a fall card. Believe it or not, this is my version of a masculine card. It's so cute when it wobbles!!! Thanks for stopping by!
Watercolor Bear (TSC0823)
Sillyfilly gave the challenge to the Twisted Sistahs for August 23rd. Silvia asked us to make a card using water coloring. I got out the old Water Color Wonder Crayons (retired) and Aqua Painter to paint my Popcorn Bear "Thanks a Bunch" image. I used the new Chevron Punch to accessorize the side area. Thanks for stopping by!
Back to School (TSC0816)
The challenge for the Twisted Sistahs for August 16th was to make a school themed card. I used punched apples and Greeting Card Kids for my school theme. Thanks for stopping by!
