Thoughts (CC149)
The Color Challenge this week was to use Rose Red, Apricot Appeal, and Sage Shadow. The base card here is Sage. The image from "Thoughts of Father" is stamped on water color paper with Stazon Black and water colored with Water Color Wonder Crayons and an Aquapainter. The main image panel is matted tightly on Apricot and then on Rose Red with one corner punched with the Stair Step Corner Punch (I don't know why, but they retired that punch). The base card is scored twice at the top, 1/4" apart and the same at the bottom. There's a row of paper piercing between the bottom scored lines. The ribbon is Apricot with a rose prima flower that has a fancy brad center. The sentiment was stamped with Sage ink.
