Crack Up! (CC151)
This week's Color Challenge was to use Basic Gray, Going Gray, and Yoyo Yellow. I don't mind working with the bright colors at all. What I have trouble with are the grays! I used Basic Gray for the base card here, then Going Gray that was Cuttlebugged with the "Spots n' Dots" embossing folder. I used the chick from "A Good Egg", stamping it on Whisper White with Black Stazon. I colored the chick with the Yoyo Yellow and Only Orange markers. The main panel was matted on Going Gray, Yoyo Yellow, and finally, Basic Gray. All corners were Ticket Corner Punched. The sentiment, "You crack me up!", was stamped with Black Stazon on WW and matted on Yoyo Yellow using the Large and Small Oval Punches. The flowers were punched with the Boho Blossoms Punch and yellow brads were added in the flower centers and on all four corners of the card.
