Simple Thank You
I need to make several Thank You cards. My mom passed away about a month ago, and there are so many people who have sent cards, brought meals, brought food for the pot luck after the memorial and many other acts of kindness. This is a CAS card. Just white card stock with SU! dsp and a popped up main image panel. The flower stamp is from "Remarkable You". My mother's favorite color was purple. Thanks for stopping by.

CAS342 Halloween Happiness
Today's Clean and Simple Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers was to make a CAS card with a pumpkin on it. I love this single stamp from Stampin' Up! It's called "Halloween Happiness" and so easy to make a simple card with it. I used a white card base with SU! dsp on it. The stamped panel is framed with Rich Razzleberry and popped up. Very simple, very easy. Thanks for stopping by!

Ann's Flowers (FS449)
I made this card for the Featured Stamper Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers. The card I CASED can be found here. Ann has a wonderful gallery and when she does Clean and Simple cards, they really are clean and simple (looking)! I love it. The stamps I used are retired. I used Blooming Beautiful and Short & Sweet. I'll never get rid of those, especially Short & Sweet. It has just the right sentiment for every occasion. I used 120# White card sock and Rich Razzleberry card stock. I colored with Copics and popped up the framed panel. I need a bunch of thank you cards, so I might use this design. Thanks for stopping by!

Olivia Returns (CAS341)
The Clean and Simple Challenge for this week is to use the theme, "Back to School". This weekend I went to Hobby Lobby and found a bunch of Stampability Stamps at 50% off. This stamp is called, "Olivia", thus the title. I used a Scrap Kit from Stampin' Up! for the DP. I think it was called, "For the Record". The houndstooth background with the cursive lettering made this a very simple card. I added the apple punched with a Martha Stewart punch. Thanks for stopping by!

Bee-cause (FS448)
My grand daughter and I got together and made two cards, almost exactly the same. We decided to do the Featured Stamper Challenge. Today's stamper was Maria. She has a cute gallery with lots of whimsical cards. Anna and I chose Maria's "Bee Happy" card which can be found here: Maria's Gallery Anna was excited to make her card and mail it, so I only got to photograph mine. Hers is already gone out in the mail! We cut out the bees by hand, the flowers and leaves were "Secret Garden" Thinlits. I got everything crooked on this one because we were almost in a race to get them done! That's OK, it's homemade! Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Birthday 2 ME! (F4A289)
The Free 4 All Challenge was to make a birthday card for ourselves, one we might like to receive. I like this little cupcake fairy from Penny Black. It's fun to color and it's so cute. The papers and markers are from Stampin' Up! I used the "Hello You" Thinlits for the "happy" which is cut from Silver Glimmer paper. Well, I may not be back for a couple of days, but I did challenges for this week, and I'm kind of proud of myself. Thanks for stopping by!!

Deck the Halls (WT547, SC556)
Two days in a row? What's gotten into me? LOL! I did another challenge card. This is for the Ways to use It Challenge which is to make a card that shows your favorite season. Mine is Christmas Season! I guess you could just say winter, but that's not what I'm crazy about. I just love the hustle and bustle around the holidays the most. The image here was stamped off and sent to me for my birthday last May. It gives me a bit of a chuckle! The card stock is from Paper Temptress and is called Red Pepper Columns. I don't think you can see the lines (columns) in this picture. I also used an SU In-Color Green and SU's holiday DSP. I pulled out an old Sizzlit for the holly and berries. Thanks for stopping by!
