Hello!

The challenge over at "There's Magic in the Air with Paper Cupcakes" is to make a card to "Just Say Hello" to a new neighbor or a teacher or anyone you just want to say hello to. This image from Paper Cupcakes is called "Greetings", and it's a FREEBIE!!!. It's so cheerful! I used Tempting Turquoise for the base card with a layer of retired DSP. The mat is Pear Pizzazz as well as the Pleated Ribbon and Ribbon Seam Binding for the bow. I used the Decorative Label Punch for the Levi tag and the Word Window Punch for the sentiment. I punched with the Word Window Punch and then inserted the piece back into the punch to make it shorter. Everything is from Stampin' Up! except for the digi image from Paper Cupcakes.
